Information We Collect
When you submit a Walkaround request or contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional on most forms)
- Business or practice name and website
- Industry and approximate team size
- How you told us most new customers find your business
- A description of the business challenge, bottleneck, or opportunity you shared with us
- An approximate annual revenue range, and, if you choose to share them, approximate customer or job value and monthly inquiry or booking volume
Revenue range and the other optional business-context fields are collected as approximate, self-reported ranges or estimates, not financial statements, so we can prepare a more useful Walkaround and Pre-Flight Brief. We do not collect payment information or exact financial statements through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How We Use This Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Review your public-facing digital presence and prepare your Walkaround findings
- Follow up with you about the Revenue Pathway Audit, Monthly Flight Check, or other services you inquired about
- Respond to questions you send us directly
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. If you become a client and specifically ask us to coordinate with an implementation partner, we may share relevant details with that partner, but only with your knowledge and for that purpose.
How Form Submissions Are Processed
Contact and Walkaround request forms on this site are delivered using Netlify Forms, the form-processing feature of our website host, which routes your submission to our inbox. Netlify processes the data you submit on our behalf; we do not maintain a separate database or CRM connected to this website at this time.
Cookies and Tracking
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers when the page loads; Google's own privacy practices govern that request. We do not currently run tracking pixels, ad retargeting scripts, or third-party analytics on this site.
SMS and Phone Contact
If you provide a phone number, we may call or text you about the Walkaround or service you requested. We do not send recurring or automated SMS campaigns, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of that engagement and a reasonable period afterward for our own records.
Your Choices
You can ask us to delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@thesquawks.com. We will honor that request promptly.
